The inaugural meeting of the International Network of AI Safety Institutes will be co-convened by the U.S. Commerce Department and U.S. State Department on November 20-21, 2024, in San Francisco. The convening aims to align on priority work areas for the Network and advance global collaboration on AI safety. The initial members include Australia, Canada, the European Union, France, Japan, Kenya, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
