<p>➀ The launch ceremony and 10th anniversary celebration of Yiyue Technology's semiconductor high purity electronic process equipment production and manufacturing base project were successfully completed on October 12, 2024;</p><p>➁ The project, located in the Hefei Xinqiao Technology Demonstration Area, covers an area of about 20 acres and has a total building area of about 20,000 square meters;</p><p>➂ After the project is put into production, it will have a production capacity of 2,500 special gas equipment, 180 complete sets of chemical equipment, 480 tail gas treatment equipment, and 60 complete sets of gas production equipment per year, effectively filling the gap in the process medium transportation equipment industry in Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone's integrated circuit industry.</p>
