<p>➀ SkyWater, a pure-play foundry based in Minnesota, is set to acquire Infineon's 200mm fabrication facility in Austin, Texas; </p><p>➁ The acquisition aims to strengthen SkyWater's market diversity, focusing on automotive and industrial demand; </p><p>➂ SkyWater has also entered into a long-term supply agreement with Infineon, ensuring a steady revenue stream for the site; </p><p>➃ The fab will operate with 130-65nm processes for ICs used in industrial, automotive, and defense applications; </p><p>➄ Additional capabilities such as expanded copper processing and high-voltage BCD technology will be added; </p><p>➅ All current 1,000 manufacturing jobs at the fab will transfer to SkyWater.</p>
