➀ Microchip introduces a new family of Voltage-Controlled SAW Oscillators (VCSOs) with ultra-low phase noise performance for radar applications. The VCSOs operate at 320 MHz and 400 MHz with a small form factor and are designed for critical applications requiring precise frequency control. ➁ The devices are available with supply voltages from 4.75–15.75V and a supply current of 111 mA, providing a power-efficient timing solution. ➂ The 101765 VCSOs are designed for aerospace and defense applications and are available with MIL-PRF-38534 screening for high reliability.
