<p>➀ Nanxin Microelectronics, a Shanghai-based semiconductor company listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, has announced plans to acquire 100% of Magene Microelectronics' equity.</p><p>➁ The acquisition, initially proposed to purchase 79.31% of Magene's shares for a total of 793 million yuan, has now reached a new milestone.</p><p>➂ Nanxin Microelectronics and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Naxing Venture Investment Management Co., Ltd., have agreed to purchase 31.72% of Magene's shares from 28 individuals for a total of 317.18 million yuan.</p><p>➃ The acquisition is expected to enhance Nanxin Microelectronics' market competitiveness in the automotive, robotics, industrial control, and consumer electronics sectors.</p>
