Amon believed using Nuvia's cores for PC processors would save on Arm payments due to expected high revenues in the PC market. ➁ Arm claims in court that Qualcomm must destroy Nuvia's designs due to lack of consent for transferring Nuvia's licenses to Qualcomm. ➂ Amon said he initially tried to persuade Nuvia to create computing cores for Qualcomm but decided to acquire Nuvia when they refused.
