➀ Pansan, a major contract manufacturer in Taiwan, is laying off 250 employees, nearly half of its workforce, due to the termination of outsourcing contracts by a major client; ➁ The client has been reducing its outsourcing business with Pansan since 2023 and plans to end all contracts by November 30, 2024; ➂ Pansan will follow legal procedures to dismiss the employees and assist them in finding new jobs.
