➁ The issue is caused by a manufacturing defect where the brake pedal pivot pin is not staked, potentially leading to the pedal becoming loose and shifting out of position.

➂ Honda began investigating the issue in April 2024 and has now decided to recall 7,332 Acura TLX models, 67,448 Acura MDX vehicles, and 184,253 Pilot SUVs.
