1. KCL and CPC aim to provide testing and certification services for electrical and electronic products to companies seeking to enter the Korean, Chinese, and Taiwanese markets; 2. The two institutions will also collaborate in areas such as testing and analysis, utilization of research and development facilities, joint research and development projects, and seminars and technical consultations; 3. KCL operates branches and sales offices in China to support global testing and certification for domestic and foreign companies, while CPC, established in Taiwan in 1994, has been supporting testing and certification for electrical and electronic products exported to China since 1998.
