1. KT has announced compensation for customers affected by the internet and IPTV service outage on September 5th; 2. General customers will receive a reduction in one day's worth of internet and IPTV service usage fees, as well as a 10-fold equivalent of the outage duration; 3. Small business owners will be compensated with a full month's worth of internet service usage fees.
