➀ The 2024 European EtherCAT Plug Fest, organized by the EtherCAT Technology Group (ETG), was hosted by Panasonic at their Customer Experience Centre in Ottobrunn near Munich. The event attracted 55 participants from 23 different manufacturers. They tested the interoperability of their devices, analyzed device behavior, shared implementation tips, and discussed technical questions with experts. ETG experts were present to support knowledge transfer. The EtherCAT Plug Fests are regularly held in Europe, Japan, Korea, and North America. ➁ The event aims to support the EtherCAT community by exchanging ideas and knowledge.
