The round was led by Hongtu Shanli, with additional investment from Pudong Sci-Tech Group, Guotong Venture Capital, CICC Capital, Shenzhen Venture Capital Group, Fujian Electronics, and other state-owned institutions. The funds will be used for product iteration and market promotion, aiming to create a trusted tool for digital design and help build a domestic semiconductor R&D ecosystem. ➁ The founder and chairman of Shanghai Lixin, Dr. Jianli Chen, has been focusing on EDA layout tool algorithm development since 2007. He has won numerous awards and is a member of the IEEE CEDA Electronic Design Automation Committee. ➂ Shanghai Lixin's core product is the EDA tool LePlace, which is based on an independent mathematical model and can efficiently handle the layout of hundreds of billions of transistors. The company aims to integrate with the entire design process of domestic advanced process chips and build a self-sufficient EDA ecosystem.
