1. Weebit Nano and DB HiTek have completed the tape-out of a demonstration chip integrating Weebit’s ReRAM module in DB HiTek’s 130 nm BCD process; 2. The demo chips will be used for testing and qualification, aiming for production readiness in Q2 2025; 3. Weebit ReRAM offers cost-effective, low-power NVM solutions for analog, mixed-signal, and high-voltage designs in consumer, industrial, and IoT applications.
