1. A research team from FJIRSM, CAS, led by Prof. Chen Xueyuan, developed noninvasive phototheranostics for Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm-induced pulmonary infection in mice. 2. The team created novel Aly-NaNdF4 nanohybrids with NIR-II luminescence and excellent photothermal conversion efficiency. 3. These nanohybrids demonstrated strong biofilm eradication and were metabolized in the liver and spleen, avoiding long-term toxicity.
