<p>➀ Dr. Costanza Lucia Manganelli has been appointed to lead IHP's new Junior Research Group 'Computational Materials Engineering,' focusing on the MODoMAT project to develop a modeling platform for semiconductor materials; </p><p>➁ The project integrates mechanical, optical, and electrical properties of materials to optimize device performance, reduce costs, and accelerate development for applications in power electronics, quantum computing, and autonomous driving; </p><p>➂ Supported by IHP's internal program for young researchers, the group aims to bridge experimental and theoretical research while transitioning to third-party funding in later stages.</p>
