The bill aims to centralize semiconductor industry regulations through a proposed 'Presidential Semiconductor Industry Competitiveness Enhancement Committee'. 3. The legislation includes fast-tracking permits, rapid infrastructure construction, legal plans for competitiveness, designation of semiconductor clusters, and government subsidies for production facilities and infrastructure.
