➀ Alif Semiconductor has launched the second generation of its Ensemble product family, integrating Arm's Ethos-U85 neural processing unit (NPU) and Alif's memory and power management. This enables real-time, on-device processing of generative AI workloads without cloud dependence. ➁ The Ensemble devices support transformer networks, which improve endpoint use cases by processing new sequences in parallel for contextual understanding. ➂ The second generation adds features for improved AI/ML performance and support for embedded vision and audio applications.
