<p>➀ A new LOEWE research project at TU Darmstadt, funded with €4.3 million, aims to develop a portable bedside sensor system for real-time drug monitoring in pediatric cancer patients;</p><p>➁ The system will enable personalized dosage adjustments by analyzing drug concentrations in blood samples on-site, replacing time-consuming lab processes and improving treatment efficacy and safety;</p><p>➂ Combining expertise in biosensors, AI-driven data analysis, and clinical oncology, the interdisciplinary project could pioneer intelligent, adaptive medical technology and strengthen Hessian research networks.</p>
