➀ Diodes Inc. introduces the AP74700Q, an automotive ideal diode capable of handling ±65V input with a forward voltage drop of only 20mV. ➁ The device operates from 3.2V (3.9V at start-up) and uses a charge-pump to drive an external n-channel MOSFET for low forward voltage. ➂ It includes reverse current protection, turning off the MOSFET within 750ns when a reverse current is detected, and operates in ambient temperatures from -40 to +125°C.
